Welcome to the CVSpan School Website
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and CVSpan School (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of all text, data, educational materials, information, software, graphics, photographs, and other content (collectively, the “Materials”) that we and our affiliates provide through this website. These Terms also apply to any services offered through our website, mobile applications, or any other online platform that links to these Terms (collectively referred to as the “Service”).
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a school, organization, or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity, and “you” as used here refers to that entity.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE OR ANY OF OUR SERVICES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE WEBSITE OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE SERVICE.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: THESE TERMS CONTAIN A DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION PROVISION, INCLUDING A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, WHICH MAY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO OPT OUT OF BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER AS PROVIDED BELOW.
A Note About Student Data: Our Service may be used by educational providers, including schools, institutions, or instructors (collectively referred to as “Schools”) that utilize our platform for educational purposes. When CVSpan School partners with a School to provide our Services, we may collect or have access to Student Data (as defined below), which may be provided by the School or directly by the student. We treat Student Data with the highest level of confidentiality and do not use it for any purpose other than delivering, improving, and supporting our Services for the School or on its behalf. Our collection, use, and protection of Student Data are governed by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility
To access and use CVSpan School’s platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Age Requirement – You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in any paid courses. If you are under 18, you may only access the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or an authorized educational institution. Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for a minor’s use of the platform.
Account Registration – Certain features of CVSpan School require account registration. By creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
Be solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
Notify CVSpan School immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse.
CVSpan School is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your credentials.
Legal Compliance – By using CVSpan School, you confirm that:
You have the legal right and capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are not restricted by any laws, regulations, or sanctions from using our services.
You will comply with all applicable laws, including those related to online education, intellectual property, and data privacy.
Payment and Subscription Obligations – If enrolling in a paid course or subscription, you must ensure that:
You have the necessary authorization to make payments.
You provide valid and up-to-date billing information.
You agree to the applicable payment terms, fees, and refund policies.
Failure to meet payment obligations may result in restricted access to courses, suspension, or termination of your account.
Platform Use and Conduct – CVSpan School fosters a positive learning environment and expects all users to:
Engage respectfully with instructors, tutors, and fellow students.
Use the platform only for educational and non-commercial purposes.
Refrain from any fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive activities that interfere with the learning experience of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, disrupt the community, or engage in prohibited activities.
Right to Deny or Revoke Access – CVSpan School reserves the right to:
Deny registration to any individual or entity at its discretion.
Revoke access if a user provides false information, violates our Terms, or misuses the platform.
Take necessary action, including legal measures, against users who engage in misconduct, fraud, or other violations.
By using CVSpan School’s platform, you acknowledge that you meet these eligibility requirements and agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions.

By using our platform, you agree to:
Engage in Learning for Personal and Educational Growth
CVSpan School is designed to equip aspiring UI/UX designers with essential skills. You agree to use the platform strictly for educational purposes and not for commercial exploitation, redistribution, or unauthorized reproduction of course materials.
Respect Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided on the platform—including courses, videos, assignments, templates, and other learning materials—is the intellectual property of CVSpan School or its respective content creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or use any content beyond personal learning unless explicitly authorized.
Maintain a Safe and Respectful Learning Environment
CVSpan School fosters a collaborative and inclusive community. Any form of harassment, disruptive behavior, spamming, or abuse towards instructors, fellow students, or platform administrators will not be tolerated and may lead to suspension or termination of access.
Ensure Proper Account Use
Your account is personal to you. You may not share your login credentials, allow others to access your courses, or engage in fraudulent activities that undermine the integrity of our learning system. If unauthorized access or security breaches occur, you must notify us immediately.
Abide by Our Payment and Subscription Terms
Some courses on CVSpan School may require payment before access is granted. By enrolling, you agree to honor payment obligations, refrain from unauthorized refunds or chargebacks, and comply with any additional terms related to course purchases or subscriptions.
Follow All Applicable Laws and Regulations
You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable local and international laws, including those related to digital learning, data privacy, and online conduct. Any unlawful activity, including fraud, hacking, or violating user rights, will result in immediate action against your account.
By continuing to use CVSpan School, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, ensuring a safe, ethical, and productive learning experience for yourself and the entire community. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any violation of these terms.
User Accounts
To access and fully utilize the services offered by CVSpan School, including course enrollment, participation in discussions, and progress tracking, users are required to create an account. By registering for an account, you acknowledge and agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any misinformation or failure to update your account details may result in restricted access or suspension of services.
As the account holder, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any other authentication methods used to access the platform. Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered as authorized by you, and CVSpan School shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access or security breaches resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must promptly notify CVSpan School to mitigate any potential risks.
User accounts are intended for personal use only and are strictly non-transferable. Sharing account credentials, creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, or engaging in any unauthorized activities on the platform is strictly prohibited. Users are expected to engage with the platform solely for educational purposes and must refrain from any fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activities that could compromise the integrity of the platform or disrupt the learning experience of others. Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the platform for unauthorized gains will result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.
CVSpan School reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if the user is found to be in violation of the platform’s terms, engaging in conduct that disrupts the learning community, or providing false or misleading information during the registration process. Additionally, accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to deactivation in accordance with CVSpan School’s inactivity policies.
In the event of account suspension or termination, users may lose access to all enrolled courses, certifications, and any other content associated with their account. Users who wish to appeal a suspension or request reactivation must contact CVSpan School’s support team for resolution. If a user chooses to delete their account, they may do so at any time; however, account deletion is an irreversible action that will result in the permanent loss of course progress, certifications, and associated data. CVSpan School may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, even after an account has been deleted.
By creating an account and using the services of CVSpan School, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms, ensuring responsible and ethical use of the platform.
Intellectual Property
By using CVSpan School, you acknowledge and agree that all content, materials, and intellectual property associated with the platform are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:
1. Ownership of Content
All learning materials, including but not limited to courses, lectures, videos, text, graphics, UI/UX templates, assignments, projects, and proprietary tools, are the sole property of CVSpan School or the respective instructors, licensors, or content creators. You do not acquire any ownership rights by accessing or using these materials.
2. Permitted Use of Materials
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use CVSpan School’s content solely for personal and educational purposes. This means:
- You may access and engage with the course materials for learning and skill development.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or resell any content without prior written permission.
- You may not record, stream, or share paid content outside the platform.
3. Prohibited Uses
You explicitly agree not to:
- Republish or distribute any course materials without authorization.
- Claim ownership of any intellectual property belonging to CVSpan School or its instructors.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to collect, download, or index content.
- Sell, rent, or sublicense your access to courses or any related materials.
- Create derivative works based on CVSpan School’s proprietary courses, templates, or instructional content.
4. User-Generated Content & Contributions
If you submit any feedback, projects, assignments, discussion posts, or suggestions through the platform, you grant CVSpan School a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, display, and distribute your contributions for educational or promotional purposes. However, we respect user privacy and will never claim ownership of personal student projects unless explicitly submitted for collaboration.
5. Violation of Intellectual Property Rights
Any breach of these terms—including unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of CVSpan School’s intellectual property—may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account.
- Legal action to seek damages for misuse.
- Revocation of access to any current or future courses.
Payments and Refunds
By registering for a course at CVSpan School, you agree to the following terms regarding payments, fees, and refunds:
1. Payment Terms
- All course fees must be paid in full before gaining access to course materials, unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, and CVSpan School does not store your payment information.
- Prices for courses and services are subject to change at any time. However, any changes will not affect purchases already made.
- If you opt for an installment payment plan, failure to complete all payments may result in restricted access to the course or complete account suspension.
2. No Refund Policy
- Due to the digital nature of our courses and instant access to materials, all payments are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
- We encourage you to review course details carefully before making a purchase.
3. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:
- If you were wrongfully charged twice for the same course.
- If the course you purchased is permanently unavailable and no alternative is provided.
- If a technical issue on our end prevents access, and we are unable to resolve it within 7 days.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
- Unauthorized chargebacks will not be tolerated. If you initiate a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first, your account may be permanently banned from using our platform.
- If you believe there was an error in your payment, please contact our support team before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
5. Course Transfers and Upgrades
- Course enrollments are non-transferable. You cannot transfer a purchased course to another user.
- If you wish to upgrade to a higher-tier course or bundle, we may offer a discounted upgrade option (subject to eligibility).
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CVSPAN SCHOOL, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF CVSpan School HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING FROM:
(i) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF OBTAINING SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY TRANSACTIONS MADE THROUGH THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA OR TRANSMISSIONS; (iv) STATEMENTS OR ACTIONS OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
Under no circumstances shall CVSpan School, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents, or third-party partners be held liable for any damages, losses, or causes of action arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the Service, beyond the extent permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. CVSPAN SCHOOL MAKES NO GUARANTEES AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES—WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED—INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
CVSPAN SCHOOL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT: (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS; (II) THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (III) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USING THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY COURSES, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR MATERIALS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; OR (V) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
ANY CONTENT OR MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR DISCRETION AND RISK. YOU ALONE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM SUCH DOWNLOADS.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION—WHETHER SPOKEN OR WRITTEN—OBTAINED FROM CVSPAN SCHOOL OR THROUGH THE SERVICE CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPLICITLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
Changes to These Terms
CVSPAN SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UPDATE, MODIFY, OR REVISE THESE TERMS OF USE AT ANY TIME, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, TO REFLECT CHANGES IN OUR SERVICES, OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, APPLICABLE LAWS, OR BUSINESS PRACTICES. SUCH CHANGES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, MODIFICATIONS TO COURSE OFFERINGS, PAYMENT POLICIES, USER RESPONSIBILITIES, AND PLATFORM FEATURES.
WE WILL MAKE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO NOTIFY USERS OF ANY SIGNIFICANT UPDATES THROUGH OUR WEBSITE, EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS, OR OTHER APPROPRIATE MEANS. HOWEVER, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THESE TERMS PERIODICALLY FOR ANY CHANGES. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF OUR PLATFORM AFTER MODIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN POSTED CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE REVISED TERMS.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY UPDATED TERMS, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. CVSPAN SCHOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY MODIFICATIONS, CHANGES, SUSPENSIONS, OR TERMINATIONS OF SERVICES RESULTING FROM UPDATES TO THESE TERMS.
INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold CVSpan School, along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees, harmless from any claims, demands, or liabilities—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—brought by any third party as a result of or arising from:
(i) Content you submit, post, transmit, or make available through the Service, including but not limited to user-generated content; (ii) Your use or misuse of the Service; (iii) Your connection to the Service; (iv) Your violation of this Agreement; (v) Your violation of any applicable laws or the rights of any individual or entity; (vi) Your willful misconduct; or (vii) Any unauthorized access or use of the Service by another party using your unique username, password, or other security credentials.
CVSpan School reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us. You agree to fully cooperate with us in defending any such claims.
Feedback
Any submissions you provide to us—such as comments, questions, suggestions, or materials (collectively, “Feedback”)—through any form of communication (including but not limited to phone calls, emails, or messages) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
By submitting Feedback, you grant CVSpan School full rights, title, and interest in the Feedback. We are free to use, without obligation of attribution or compensation, any ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, or other intellectual property included in the Feedback—whether patentable or not—for any purpose, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, marketing, licensing, or selling products and services that incorporate such Feedback.
You acknowledge and agree that CVSpan School is under no obligation to use, display, reproduce, or distribute any Feedback provided, nor do you have the right to demand such use, display, reproduction, or distribution.
Governing Law
You agree that: (i) the Service shall be deemed solely based on where it is operated; and (ii) the Service shall be considered a passive one that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over us, either specific or general, in any other jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable substantive laws of the location where the Service is provided, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes a contract for the provision of services and not for the sale of goods. As such, the provisions of any sale of goods legislation or similar laws shall not apply to this Agreement. If you are located outside the jurisdiction where the Service operates, the parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not govern this Agreement or the rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement.
We retain the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights. This includes any provisional relief necessary to prevent irreparable harm. Any arbitration proceedings under this Agreement shall be conducted by applicable arbitration laws.
General
This Agreement, along with any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with CVSpan School regarding the Service, constitutes the complete understanding between you and us, governing your use of the platform and replacing any prior agreements between us. We do not accept or recognize any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you, including those outlined in any purchase order, acceptance, or external website. Any modifications to this Agreement can only be made through a signed, notarized document executed by an authorized representative of CVSpan School.
Failure by CVSpan School to enforce any right or provision within this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties agree that the court should strive to uphold the intent behind that provision, while the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Except in cases related to nonpayment or breaches of proprietary rights, no claim or action arising from this Agreement may be filed by either party more than one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim has occurred.
We may offer versions of this Agreement or certain policies in languages other than English. In the event of discrepancies between translations, the English version shall take precedence. Any translations provided are for convenience only and do not alter the legal meaning of the English version of this Agreement or related policies.
The headings in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and have no legal or contractual significance.
